We accept IT contract staffing placements - software developers, network engineers, data analysts, project managers, etc. The consultant must have client approval to transfer billing, and the contract should be at least 3 months in duration.
We verify: (1) Written consultant consent to transfer employment, (2) Client approval letter confirming they'll accept our billing, (3) Rate confirmation and contract terms, (4) Background check completion. This typically takes 24-48 hours.
If a consultant leaves within 90 days of transfer, we have a clawback clause requiring return of 50% of payments received. This protects both parties and ensures quality placements.
